I am a Physiotherapist passionate about getting you Ready to move pain-free, move better and move stronger. I trained at Queen’s University, treat all orthopedic conditions and specializes in Redcord + Neurac therapy especially for back, neck, knee and shoulder issues. I am currently certified as an one of three Canadian clinical instructors for Redcord Neurac therapy.
Outside the clinic, I am also an avid sports enthusiast. On any given week, besides getting you Ready to achieve your goals, you can see me playing tennis, golf, hockey, ultimate frisbee, volleyball, badminton and more. With all these sports, I have had my fair share of injuries so I understand the frustration of not being able to play or to do the things you love. I strive to get you back to the court, pitch, rink and life as soon as possible.

I treat any musculoskeletal conditions especially in the back, shoulders and neck using a variety of chiropractic and massage techniques. These include manual therapy, manipulations, relaxation, Swedish and deep tissue massage aimed to get you feeling and moving better.
Outside of the clinic, I am constantly learning. I always continue my education to further expand my skills and clinical knowledge to offer you the best service possible. Outside of the classroom, I am an athlete and an adventurer. You can find me on the tennis courts, snowboarding on the slopes, and rock climbing in the great outdoors. Whether I meet you at the clinic or out in the community I am excited to help you become the best version of you.

Massage Therapist
I am a registered massage therapist (RMT) with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and graduated from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy with cum laude.
To supplement my massage therapy skills, I have worked with the Ontario dodgeball team and Team Canada for the past 2 years, providing both injury prevention education and acting as the team's therapist. I have also worked as a personal trainer and currently am a registered holistic nutritionist (RHN).
My education and clinical experience enables me to treat a spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions, ranging from sports related injuries or muscle imbalances to wear and tear of daily life and work.
I am very active playing dodgeball, working out (Crossfit) and also a photography enthusiast.
